Violence and silence of Mob

Pakistani nation has witnessed  many events of mobs senseless attitude since the time of Gang rape of Muktharan mai  and  if in such matters  judiciary didn’t move the strings of justice, nobody bothered to ponder what is going around us in the name of street justice.

Mai was awarded gang rape as  punishment given to  her by influential people of her area in front of mob and all witnessed this punishment as routine matter of their lives.

After this, many events linked to  gang rapes of rural women, burying of women alive, honour killing or stoning till death on the basis of blasphemy were many times seen in our society without any check and control.

Now after many  years two young brothers suspected to be robbers have been awarded  beating by mob till death and exemplary mutilation was done to  their dead bodies in public area.Hundreds witnessed this scene with members of law enforcing agencies without any thought of creating hindrance in the way to such kind of horrendous street justice.

Between these two incidents Pakistani nation has passed many years  and in this period we have come into state of war against insurgents who are said to be the  carriers of brutality, barbarism and known as symbols of state terrorism for many years under the umbrella of Islam.

Lets  start thinking from zero scale after extracting facts from different incidents happened within the period since the gang rape of Mai is reported to print media.

Is the mob of  of street killings  part of taliban ideology or taliban ideology was developed on the basis of   volatile irregular temperament?

Do majority cases of ruthless street  beating/violent by so called ordinary citizens reflect the  mentality  of feudal characters of  our system?

Attackers  are known as normal civilian of state before any such recorded scene and we all see that they finished their task up to level of their self-satisfaction?

Most  incidents have many common features including senseless attitude of mob, Public ignorance of state and Islamic laws, dominance of might is right condition in our street culture, absence of state interest and authority to its public safety and security matters.

The important common  feature in majority cases that all were highlighted by media and then influenced by judiciary after that  people got some hope of rule of law in few matters between this no state force  seemed to active to restrain such trends which is tending Pakistani society close to savagely nature  with the passage of time.

between victim and justice the absence of state role is badly felt in all major incidents .

So situation of our street justice is quite judgmental  after going into depth of such incidents that it is state actions which are creating huge vacuum in society regarding giving sense of security and peace of mind to its inhabtiants and resultant is people are creating states with in state to handle the situation as per their choice.

Taliban, home grown terrorists and suicidal bombers are just by products of this orphan system and we are surrounded by many forms of talibans due to state negligence who no body knows when start showing their aggressiveness to weak genders  in the form of mob violence

The mystery of Flood 2010

In the month of June 2010 the chief of Pakistan meteorological department  categorically  gave the statement of  of normal rain spell in  the coming monsoon of 2010.

There were two incidents of avalanche and land slides in Balitistan areas in early month of June but no abnormality of flow of streams was noted in main channels.

Even atta bad lake which was being considered as water bomb for downstream, didn’t create any kind of flood situation in the low side of Neelam and kohala rivers which ultimately raised the  level of Tabella dam under safe borderlines.

Lets first create the line tracing of water channels which ensued this super flood 2010

The ultimate source of the Indus is in Tibet; it begins at the confluence of the Sengge and Gar rivers that drain the Nganglong Kangri and Gangdise Shan mountain ranges. The Indus then flows northwest through LadakhBaltistan into Gilgit, just south of the Karakoram range. The Shyok, Shigar and Gilgit streams carry glacial waters into the main river. It gradually bends to the south, coming out of the hills between Peshawar and Rawalpindi. The Indus passes gigantic gorges 4,500-5,200 metres (15,000-17,000 feet) high near the Nanga Parbat massif. It swiftly flows across Hazara, and is dammed at the Tarbela Reservoir. The Kabul River joins it near Attock. The remainder of its route to the sea is in plains of the Punjab and Sindh, and the river becomes slow-flowing and highly braided. It is joined by Panjnad River at Mithankot. Beyond this confluence, the river, at one time, was named Satnad River (sat = seven, nadi = river), as the river was now carrying the waters of Kabul River, Indus River and the five Punjab rivers. Passing by Jamshoro, it ends in a large delta to the east of Thatta.

The link provided is truly matching by Indian researchers too who have same kind of conclusive evidence that Himalayas are less vulnerable to temperature change which is mentioned in this report or highlighted by many environmentalists.
Himalayan Glaciers Not Melting

1. Himalayan glaciers are growing, not shrinking
Things are not as they seemed to be in the IPCC report. Not only are the Himalayan glaciers not shrinking, but they’re growing.

Flow area of  River Indus and Kabul  which showed extreme flooding was not even apprehended by Pakistan meteorological department and Suparco .

Some meteorologists are blaming the Russian heat wave since the date of 20 to 27 July 2010 had partially contributed to develop low pressure areas on Tibeti mountains but violent and unexpected flood originated from Tibet flow channels is still a big mystery.

Read the facts

  • There is no abnormal rain fall and dry spell for many years and that has increased the absorptivity level of soil of rain drains so such kind of environmental changes far away in Russia or 25%increase in monsoon rain fall cant break the record of 1929 where such level of high water level was recorded.

There is huge difference  between ages of 1929 and 2010.

Now we have many dams and huge canals network , available to store this precious water for which we are desperate  for many years.

  • Till 15th of June temperature was still in low side so nothing abnormal was seen since the last week of July started.
  • There is another chance that slow melting of glaciers is creating invisible lakes which are triggered toward collapse and can be reason of huge water flow even in less magnitude of change in atmosphere is observed and hence create abnormal curve of water flows.

So whatt could have happened unusual at the  onward dates of 26 july 2010 that caused such unexpected flow of water which even couldnt be seen by SUPARCO satellites that are responsible of keeping a watch on our glaciers and flow streams with the help of NASA.
The last report under the topic ” A study of Natural glaciers in Northern Pakistan made by SUPARCO scientists (RO mode) is surely revealing the shrinking of glaciers toward hunza , swat and Balitistan area and this process is going on  for last many years.
In this report it is provided that in  each year there is significant reduction in flow of Indus water, although  there exits normal monsoon  seasons.

My second point of observation is if somehow we accept this disaster  as an ineffectiveness of our flood warning and  control system then why we couldnt save the southern Punjab up to belt of Baluchistan and still lands of sindh are being  inundated with this calculated flow released from barrages and dams.
Now voices from public and reports coming on media that ruling l groups including miltiary and feudal icons were coming forward to divert the flow of rivers for saving miltiary bases and lands and farm houses  of influential land lords.
Pakistan meteorological department and SUPARCO were  many times contacted to get the data and satellite images northern areas that had tend to swollen flows but no response was provided to me or they are  not interested to share such  data to private people which can give us conclusive evidences of what happened unusually in the last week of July.

Lessons from disaster mismanagement in Flood 2010

Problems never come alone and this phrase is ideally fit on the status of Pakistani nation who is coming under the influence of  repetitive incidents of disasters in the shape of earthquake,  war IDPs, expansion of war situation, worst scenes of terrorism and now spread of this unusual flood .Present scenes of escalated disaster  via human mismanagement is appealing to educated class to join hands and create a strong platform to counter wrong actions of govt and military which is indirectly intervening in all public matters.
In each coming days the concept of human imperatives has been eliminated from our administrative tasks and it is only affecting the common and educated class who are all time vulnerable to face the wrath and frustration of deprived class, This deprived class is all time victims of above mentioned natural and man made disasters.
It is highly observed that most concentration of evacuation, relief and rehabilitation jobs whether done by civilian setup or emerging from, military sources are indirectly linked with domestic political agendas. This is especially the case as we move from the rescue and relief operations into the reconstruction/rehabilitation phases. The following are some measures that can be used by strong national organizations working in Pakistan to counter their existence as normal patriotic force in the form of Corporate Social Response.

  • Think tank platform of private, semi govt from media group and sincere local senior experienced citizens should be formed in all major areas where disasters are coming again and again.
  • Centralization of local private partnerships with secular NGOs and civil society groups, rather than ideological or missionary groups.
  • Develop mechanisms to empower local senior  (residents) and district governments’ and consult them in the decision-making process about reconstruction and rehabilitation in the probable devastated areas usually effected by earthquake, flood and avalanche like natural disasters.
  • Cross checking of emergency procedures of elected federal and provincial legislative bodies should be facilitated toward private groups.
  • Military should be called on highlighted areas which are marked by locals and scrutinizes relief and reconstruction operations as per demand of the local representatives.
  • The same group of think tanks should work  to shift their approach from being ‘embedded’ with the military to one that involves effective partnership with the civil society and they should contact International Organizations.
  • Repetitive demand through media to the official relief and reconstruction agencies should be projected through electronic media and this group can duly constituted by parliament and contains civilian and cross-party representation.
  • Senior  committee of accountants along with young students of account and finance should be formed which can provide proper accountability methods for the earthquake relief funds by stressing on the Pakistani government to appoint an independent monitor to review how the funds are disbursed or embezzled.
  • One settled family should take the responsibility of one affected family and support should be provided at the door step of flood affected people so that donor would directly come in contact with effectees.
  • All state representatives and grade 20 to 22 officers from all major institutes including army and bureaucracy should followed this sponsor ONE FAMILY POLICY on priority basis .

Hello world!

This blog world is new of its kind, more imaginative and  mostly related to  creation of individuals.

We can make it effective to our lives by bringing rainbow of truthfulness  that true colors  are  now even depleting in our daily life styles.

Pakistani society has been deeply indulged in habit of  deliberate acts of deviating  truths  on trivail matters. This trend has been dominated in normal routine life to professional and critical jobs.So lets  try to rehabilitate this world of purity  in our scared community which is trying to raise social status on the basis of trust deficit on each other.

My aim is here to  gather truths and reality no matter comes from authentic sources or not but people should have courage to speak facts, despite of fear  of consequences.

No doubt if we dare to speak truth , it may create momentary trouble,in the form of breaking of weak relations and materialistic loss but after some time we would be able to get a strong relation and feather weight  conscious, that should be free of any burden of repetitive lies.

This strong relation emerge from  a seed of truthfulness would stay with us through out our lives and feather like conscious keep our spirit in high skies of self satisfaction .
